WoW Alchemy Guide 1-450

Alchemy mixes herbs with other reagents to create elixirs, flasks and potions. Unless your going to buy everything you need to use alchemy it's best to also have a herbalist. Alchemy is one of the better gold making professions, since anyone can use the items you create.

First go to any of your factions cities in the Eastern Kingdoms or Kalimdor and become an apprentice alchemist. If you can't find the alchemy trainer just ask any of the guards and they will show you where to go on the mini map.

60  Minor Healing Potions - 60 Peacebloom and 60 Silverleaf
Hang onto these potions because you will need them in the next step.  
Go to the trainer and learn Journeyman Alchemist and all of the other skills.


60 - 110
55-60  Lesser Healing Potion - 55-60 Minor Healing Potion, 55-60 Briarthorn. Once you reach level 105 you can make 5 x Elixir of Wisdom - 5 Mageroyal, 10 Briarthorn, 5 Empty Vial if you prefer.

35  Healing Potion - 35 Bruiseweed, 35 Briarthorn, 35 Leaded Vial
Go back to the trainer and learn Alchemy Expert.
